NBA Power Rankings

So I came up with this idea to do an NBA Power Rankings for the upcoming season. Mostly out of boredom, but I enjoyed researching, albeit I didn't do much, but I enjoyed looking at what moves each team was making and trying to figure out where they stacked against the rest of the league.
